Gordon Shaw - Managing Director and Consulting Manager.
Gordon is an experienced Operational Manager, Project Manager, and Negotiator who has gained experience within the government, transport, accident compensation, sales, banking, law, investigations; credit reporting, debt collection and management consulting sectors.
He uses his operational management expertise, general management skills, relationship building and networking skills to build effective teams and deliver complex business and technical projects.
Gordon is a Project Manager with 5 years experience, particularly focussed on the public sector, managing challenging projects of teams up to 27 people and budget responsibility of $5.6M as well as having operational management experience with 10 years general management experience.
Gordon is a Policy Management Specialist who assisted the NZ Ministry of Transport with the policy formation of emission control standards that have been presented to Cabinet for consideration. He has cross-cultural experience able to bridge the gap between European and Japanese business practice.
Gordon is a procurement expert well versed in the government and private sector procurement polices and a vendor manager who can lead full ROI process and negotiate successful contracts. Gordon is also an effective Sales Management and Relationship Manager who forged relationship with Telecom NZ to secure 50% of their outsourced debt collection business for Dun & Bradstreet; bringing revenues of $2.5 million pa.
Gordon is also a Technical Operations Manager who lead the development of a structural inspection product being implemented in the Japanese pre-shipment inspection market together with the accreditation of this product to ISO standard by IANZ.

Wendy Bruce – Director, Senior Business Analyst and Credit Management Specialist
Key Capabilities
Wendy is an experienced Credit Management professional who has gained experience within the New Zealand banking sector, Government sector, investigations, credit reporting, and debt recovery sectors.
She uses her credit management expertise, technical skills, relationship building and networking skills to build effective working relationships and to deliver complex business and technical outcomes.
Wendy has many years experience working in the banking and finance sectors including the New Zealand retail banking sector.
Wendy is a strong team member and uses her technical knowledge and skills in offering help to others while effectively contributing to the achievement of team goals.
Wendy has proven analytical skills and is able to quickly identify problems and issues, determining the appropriate options and being able to identify suitable solutions and alternatives.

Ron Shaw – Principal Consultant.
Ron has worked in project management and human change management within a consultancy setting for many years. He has extensive large project experience in activity based management and information technology in both public and private sector organisations. Latterly Ron has delivered management consulting assignments to both public and private sector organisations. Ron also has extensive experience in project quality assurance and risk management as well as knowledge management. Ron’s facilitation skills are second to none and are often used to facilitate new initiatives and to resolve situations of conflict or resource constraint. Ron’s communication and change management skills are a unique blend of extensive practical experience and up to the minute behavioural science.
Ron has an MBA with a focus on leadership, culture change, and change management and a post graduate diploma in business research. Ron is a Certified Management Consultant, a member of the Project Management Institute, an accredited facilitator for Team Management Systems, a facilitator for the Leadership Practices Inventory, and an NLP Master Practitioner.
As a member of the Project Management Institute, Ron delivered a paper on Leadership through Teams to the 2003 PMINZ Conference in Christchurch and a paper on human change management to PMINZ’s Auckland conference in 2005.
Ron has delivered significant organisation development and team building experiences to clients and fellow project team members. Ron uses a full range of methodologies including Positive Coaching and the Team Management Index. Project team members invariably leave assignments that Ron leads for more senior roles than those filled before joining the assignment.
